• Depending on the pin code, your order will typically arrive within 3-6 working days after being dispatched from our warehouse.
• Charges : For prepaid orders below Rs 1999, a minimal fee of Rs 49 is applied, while orders above Rs 1999 incur a charge of Rs 99. Cash on Delivery orders below Rs 1999 have a fee of Rs 99, and orders above Rs 1999 are charged Rs 149.
• In the event that a prepaid order is lost in transit, a full refund will be issued.
• Regarding Cash on Delivery orders, our customer service team will reach out for order confirmation. Please be aware that two attempts will be made to confirm the order, and failure to respond to these calls will result in order cancellation.
• Our courier partner will also contact you before delivery, and if you are not available at the address, three delivery attempts will be made. Failure to receive or respond to these attempts will lead to the order being returned to our warehouse.
