Exchange

We offer only an exchange policy that is valid for a period of 10 days from the date of purchase. If more than 10 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we are unable to facilitate an exchange. In order to qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
We accept exchange requests under all circumstances. If there is a size issue or a product fault, we will cover the cost of return shipping. However, if the exchange is due to a change of mind (e.g., ordering a different design), the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
To process your exchange, we will arrange for a pickup of the product from your address.
Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Please note that exchanges will not be granted in certain situations, such as items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error, or items returned more than 10 days after delivery.
We do not offer refunds; exchanges are available subject to availability.
Sale items are not eligible for exchange, only regular-priced items can be exchanged.
After the first exchange, if the customer requests another exchange due to no error on our part or a change of mind regarding the design ordered, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
